Opening up the French market

 
A German producer of silicon prostheses for plastic surgery applications and other products had plans to expand into the French market.

PCH performed an analysis of existing contacts in France and was able to identify a suitable distribution partner. One particularly helpful aspect was the fact that the French company had previously been a distributor in precisely this market segment, so it had the relevant experience and was able to reactivate dormant customers for the purpose of the new partnership.

The involvement of a French network partner reduced total project implementation time to 90 days.
